Are you interested in becoming a Catholic? Adults who are interested in learning about the Catholic faith participate in the OCIA/Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (usually referred to as the catechumenate). Those who have never been baptized participate for approximately one year and celebrate the various rites (RCIA/Rites of Christian Initiation of Adults). Those who have been baptized in a Christian denomination (other than Catholic) participate in the OCIA also. The duration of their participation depends on their previous formation. Interested folks can contact the pastor for details.
